Nathalie Boulas Nilsson

Nathalie Boulas Nilsson currently serves as Group CEO of Humana AB, having started in July 2024. Prior to this role, Nathalie held the position of CEO at Norlandia Care from September 2018 to February 2024, where responsibility included developing a strategic direction aimed at profitable growth and enhancing services for the elderly in the Nordic countries. Nathalie's experience also includes serving as CEO of Frösunda from January 2020 to March 2023, overseeing personal assistance and elderly care segments, and as NHC Country Manager Sweden, with a focus on coordinating activities for NHC companies in Sweden. Additionally, Nathalie has held various board assignments since 2008 and previously worked as COO at Karolinska University Hospital, where operations for cancer care were managed. Educationally, Nathalie holds a Master of Science in International Economics and National Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.
