Angelo Frigo

Angelo Frigo is an experienced professional in customer experience and digital service transformation, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at Humana. Frigo has held key leadership roles, including Senior Director and Head of CX and Digital Product at Burger King, and Lead of Digital Customer Experience and Innovation at McDonald's. Additionally, Frigo has worked as an advisor on CX, innovation, and digital service transformation in a freelance capacity and served as a White House Presidential Innovation Fellow at the Office of Management and Budget. Frigo holds a Master's degree in Design and Business from the Institute of Design and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
