Carleen Haas

Carleen Haas has held various leadership positions in human resources, currently serving as Enterprise Vice President - HR Operations at Humana since October 2000, with a focus on Human Capital systems and operations. Previously, Carleen held roles such as Chief Talent Officer and Vice President - Talent Strategies, overseeing Recruiting, Diversity and Inclusion, and internal movement. Prior to Humana, Carleen served as Vice President - Business Consultancy at US Airways from February 1980 to September 2000, where responsibilities included Director - Performance and Development and Manager of Leadership Training. Carleen holds an MBA from Sullivan University and a degree from Bucknell University.
