Chris Schulz

Chris Schulz is an experienced leader in talent development and organizational training, currently serving as the Founder of Emerging Leader Academy since June 2018, focusing on leadership development for high school and college-aged individuals. At Humana, Chris has held various roles since 2012, including Talent Development Optimization Lead, overseeing the enterprise's learning strategy, and Learning and Development Program Manager, managing comprehensive leader onboarding and development programs. Previously, Chris developed the Emerging Leaders Program for YPAL from 2013 to 2018 and has held positions in training management at Jewish Hospital & St. Mary's HealthCare, Kindred Healthcare, SumTotal Systems, and Toyota Motor Manufacturing & Engineering. Chris holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from Xavier University and an MBA from Thomas More University.
