Claudia Grisanti

Claudia Grisanti, MSHA, is an experienced professional in program delivery and health administration, currently serving as Program Delivery Lead for Stars Provider Optimization at Humana since August 2018. Claudia has developed resources to enhance the provider perspective in Stars program development and collaborated on projects aimed at improving patient experiences and multicultural member engagement. Prior to this role, Claudia worked in various marketing and account management positions with organizations such as The Hive, Red7e, Scoppechio, and Strada Advertising, where skills in strategic communication, creative development, and partnership management were honed. Claudia holds a Master's degree in Health Administration from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Management from the University of Denver.
