Curtis Colbert

Curtis Colbert, MSOL, has extensive experience in leadership and management within military and civilian sectors. Notable roles include Senior Advisor and Department Manager in the US Army from May 2017 to August 2020, where responsibilities included managing personnel actions, supervising professional development, and overseeing financial resources. As a Program Manager, Curtis developed plans to support company leadership across a 32-nation area, maintained a fiscal budget, and improved team performance. A Senior Training Instructor role involved advising on advanced courses for over 300 students annually and ensuring the accuracy of training materials.
