Derek Scott

Derek Scott is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition, with extensive experience in IT recruiting and management. Currently serving as Associate Director of IT Recruiting at Humana since November 2011, Derek has held various positions within the company, including Talent Acquisition Manager for both IT and college recruiting, as well as for IT recruiting specifically, and started his career as a recruiter. Prior to Humana, Derek worked as a recruiter at The Hartford from March 2005 to November 2011 and at MassMutual between June 2000 and March 2005. Derek holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut School of Business, a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Springfield College, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from William & Mary.
