Kyle Bailey

Kyle Bailey is a Senior User Experience Researcher with a robust background in UX research and usability testing. They currently work at Humana, where they continue to develop user-centered design strategies. Previously, Kyle served as a Senior UX Research Consultant at Daugherty Business Solutions for a client project with Edward Jones and held various roles at Humana from 2015 to 2022. They began their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Kentucky, where they contributed to projects focused on cognitive human factors and emergency response scenarios, later obtaining a Master of Science in Experimental Psychology with a specialization in Human Factors.
