Mark Ortloff

Mark Ortloff is a Senior Analytics & Quality Leader currently serving as the Director of Business Intelligence at Humana, where they lead a team focused on data infrastructure, reporting, and operational budget oversight. Previously, Mark worked at Humana from 2007 to 2010, holding various roles including Data Analyst, Program Manager, and Process Engineer, where they emphasized process design and improvement. Mark earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and holds both a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Lakeland College.
