Matt Berger possesses extensive leadership experience in the healthcare and finance sectors, having served as President for multiple regions at Humana, managing a $10 billion area. Berger's roles included Chief Executive Officer of the Gulf States Region and Division CFO overseeing an $8 billion revenue portfolio. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for Summit Medical Group, Berger has a strong background in corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions from a previous position at Amedisys Home Health & Hospice. Early career experiences include handling treasury and corporate finance at McDermott International Inc. and conducting investment research at Burkenroad Equity Research. Berger holds an MBA in Finance from Tulane University and a Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.
