Oraida Roman

Oraida Roman has over 25 years of experience in healthcare leadership, focusing on provider strategies and operations. At Humana, from August 2018 to June 2023, Roman served as Senior Vice President of National Provider Strategies and Operations and previously as Vice President of Value Based Strategies. Prior experience includes roles as Market President for Colorado and Chief Operating Officer for Florida at DaVita Medical Group from September 2014 to August 2018. Additionally, Roman held various leadership positions at Humana from December 1998 to September 2014, including Regional President roles in the Intermountain Region and Nevada Senior Products, as well as Director of Operations in the Senior Segment. Roman holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Florida State University and a Master of Health Administration from the University of South Florida College of Public Health.
