Rachel Wilson

Rachel Wilson, RN, BSN, CCM, currently serves as Associate Director of Care Management at Humana since October 2021. Prior experience includes Health Services Manager at UnitedHealthcare, where a population health program targeting persistent super utilizers was successfully implemented. Rachel has also held roles such as RN Case Manager and Lead Case Manager at OhioHealth Group, focusing on population health management initiatives. Additional experience spans positions at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Polaris Parkway Internal Medicine & Pediatrics, University of Utah Hospitals and Clinics, and Express Scripts, along with foundational clinical training at the United States Air Force. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Science from the University of Utah.
