Tara Stepro

Tara Stepro currently serves as the Associate Director of Product Management for Clinical Technology at Humana, where responsibilities include conceiving, developing, and managing clinical products with a strong focus on customer experience. Prior to this role, Tara held the position of Lead Product Manager in the same division, and previously worked as a Senior Product Owner in Digital Technology, collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experience. Earlier experience includes a Supervisor role in Account Management and Implementation at Strategic Marketing, managing customer implementations, and a Sales Operations Specialist and Project Manager position at PharMerica, overseeing Salesforce integration projects. Tara began her career as a Paralegal at Brizendine Law Office, supporting legal preparations. Tara is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management at Indiana University Southeast, following an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies from Sullivan University.
