Patrick Carroll

Patrick Carroll's work experience includes being the Chief Executive Officer of Humane Animal Partners since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director of the Delaware Humane Association since November 2009. Patrick was also a Member of AFP - Brandywine Chapter from 1999 to 2010. Additionally, Patrick held the position of Executive Director at Public Allies Delaware from 1999 to 2005. Patrick started their career as the Coordinator for Youth Development at the Diocese of Wilmington from September 1993 to August 1999. Patrick also served as an Extension Agent, 4-H at The Ohio State University Extension from January 1990 to September 1993.

Patrick Carroll earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from the University of Delaware from 1984 to 1988. Patrick later pursued a Master of Education degree in Extension Education at Penn State University from 1988 to 1989.
