Cathy Oskin is the Director of Development at Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh, overseeing various fundraising programs and publications. Prior to this role, Cathy worked as a Development Coordinator at Auberle, managing annual giving campaigns, grants, and major donors. Cathy also served as a PR/Development Associate, supporting fundraising efforts under the Director of Development.
