Rasheed Khairkhwah

Rasheed Khairkhwah has a diverse work experience in Information Technology. Rasheed began their career in 2006 as a Helpdesk Supervisor for the U.S. Department of State, where they handled support desk operations and resolved hardware and software issues. Rasheed then progressed to become a Deputy Computer Management Specialist and was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Information System Center, ensuring prompt resolution of customer requests. In 2012, Rasheed became a Network Team Lead, where they supervised and mentored a team, oversaw server maintenance and network infrastructure, and served as a project manager. In 2014, they joined Direct Connect as a Senior Systems Administrator, managing daily IT operations and conducting vulnerability scans and pen tests. Rasheed'scurrent role is Director of Information Technology at Humane Rescue Alliance, where they oversee the organization's IT functions.

Rasheed Khairkhwah completed a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from Kardan University from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained a one-year Computer Diploma in Management Information Systems from Hitech Degree Collage from 2000 to 2001. Rasheed also holds various certifications including Security + from CompTIA in 2014, CFOT: Fiber Optic Technician in May 2014, CCNA from Cisco in February 2014, Server + from CompTIA in 2014, and MCITP, MCTS, A+ Hardware, A+ Software, Network +, and MCP certifications from Microsoft obtained between 2005 and 2012.
