Sangkyung Lee is an experienced campaign manager currently leading initiatives at Humane Society International to transition dog meat farmers to sustainable livelihoods while facilitating the rescue of dogs for international rehoming. Prior experience includes serving as a consultant for the FAO, where responsibilities involved implementing a global laboratory Proficiency Test and preparing global symposiums on soil biodiversity and governance. Additionally, contributions as a project officer at the National Institute of Biological Resources involved reviewing wildlife trade data and supporting database establishment. Former experience with the Green Climate Fund included onboarding support and facilitating communications, while serving as a network technician soldier in the Republic of Korea Army involved technical reporting and geographical research. Sangkyung holds a Master of Science in Environmental Governance and a Bachelor's degree in International Trade from The University of Manchester and Incheon National University, respectively.
