Jossie Aguirre

Jossie J. Aguirre has extensive experience in event management, marketing, and community development. Currently serving as Executive Director of the Humane Society of Greater Miami since June 2016, Jossie has also held roles as Interim Executive Director and Director of Marketing and Special Events within the organization. Previous positions include freelance writing for Examiner.com and overseeing events and partnerships at Catholic Hospice from 2013 to 2016. Jossie has also worked as Manager of Strategic Event Development at Wow Factor Marketing Group and as Special Events and Marketing Director at Jackson Memorial Foundation, where Jossie managed over 30 special events and supervised a small team.
