Sarah Hagy is a professional photographer specializing in equine sport and pet photography at SRH Equine Photography since December 2018. In addition to this role, Sarah serves as Equine Coordinator for the Humane Society of North Texas and as a volunteer for Weatherford Whiskers, managing social media and photographing adoptable cats. Sarah has experience as a substitute teacher in both Weatherford Independent School District and United Independent School District, focusing on classroom management and student engagement. Past positions include an Equine Coordinator role at the Humane Society from August 2019 to May 2021, an education intern at the Dallas Zoo, and a research intern at TAMIU Cichlid Research Lab. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas A&M International University, earned in 2019.

Founded in 1905, the Humane Society of North Texas is one of North Texas’ largest and longest-standing non-profit animal rescue and adoption organizations. HSNT serves nearly 20,000 animals annually through its crucial programs, including emergency animal rescue, humane investigations, low-cost spay and neuter services, owner surrenders, lost and found services, and the adoptions of dogs, cats, horses, livestock, small mammals, reptiles and more.
