Veronica Zimmerman

Veronica Zimmerman is a seasoned professional in the field of animal behavior and training, currently serving as the Community Canine & Behavior Programs Manager and Therapy Animal and Crisis Response Lead at the Humane Society of Southern Arizona since June 2014. In this role, Veronica coordinates, trains, and evaluates volunteers and their therapy and crisis response animals for various programs. Prior to this, from January 2008 to March 2016, Veronica operated V's Cloud 9 K-9 LLC as CEO and Head Animal Trainer, specializing in assessments, training, and certification for therapy and service animals. Additionally, experience as a Service Dog Instructor and Office Assistant at Hamdi-Dogs Inc. from September 2008 to July 2012 involved conducting temperament assessments and instructing individuals of all ages in service animal training and behavior tasks.
