Pablo Andrés Uribe A.

Pablo Andrés Uribe A. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Pablo Andrés started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Shell, where they played a role in designing the competences framework for the organization. Pablo Andrés then moved on to Plexus Consultores, a leading consultancy firm, where they started as a Junior Consultant and was eventually promoted to Senior Consultant. At Plexus Consultores, they conducted organizational assessments and led various change management projects.

In 2004, Pablo co-founded Intorno Consultores, a consulting firm focused on strategy and management processes. As the Partner and Managing Director, they were responsible for the overall management of the firm and led transformations for clients.

In 2006, Pablo joined SABMiller, the world's second-largest brewer. Pablo Andrés held multiple roles in the Organizational Development department, including Group Manager and LatAm Director. In these positions, they led change management initiatives, implemented Performance Management systems, and contributed to key global projects.

After leaving SABMiller, Pablo worked at Cerveceria Nacional, the largest beverage company in Panama, where they held the role of Vice President of People/Human Resources. In this role, they were responsible for the people and organization strategy, labor relations, and organizational development.

Pablo's most recent roles include working as a Zone Vice President at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where they oversaw People operations in multiple countries, and as the Managing Director at Humanet.

Currently, Pablo serves as a Partner and Director at Xtrategy, Business & Investment Center. Pablo Andrés'smain responsibilities in this role include strategic planning and business development.

Throughout their career, Pablo has demonstrated leadership skills and a strong focus on organizational development, change management, and talent management.

Pablo Andrés Uribe A. holds a Master of Science Degree (MSc.) in Project Management from Lancaster University. Pablo Andrés also has a Postgraduate Degree in Finance from Universidad EAFIT and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration, with a minor in Marketing, from the same university. Additionally, Pablo completed the CEO Management Program at Carnegie Mellon University and the Executive Development Program at INCAE Business School. Pablo Andrés obtained their High School Degree from Colegio San Jose de la Salle.
