Sanna Jaan Purcell

Sanna Jaan Purcell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sanna Jaan started their career in 2014 as a Spa Receptionist and Assistant Floor Manager at Beauty & Detox Spa, where they gained extensive knowledge about treatment procedures and contra-indications. During their time there, they were recognized for their exceptional sales abilities.

In 2017, Sanna interned at BlackRock as a Digital Marketer, contributing to the development and execution of a digital marketing campaign that helped achieve key business goals. Sanna Jaan also assisted in implementing global marketing initiatives to support various product lines.

Later that year, Sanna worked as an Investment Retail Marketer at M&G Investments. In this role, they project managed new presentation materials for M&G funds, obtained and manipulated financial data using systems like Bloomberg and Excel, and collaborated with sales and events teams.

Sanna then transitioned to Weengs in 2018, initially working as a Customer Support Executive before becoming an Operations Support Executive. In these roles, they effectively communicated with customers across various channels, including phone, live chat, and email. Sanna Jaan also investigated and resolved shipment-related problems by utilizing available tools and collaborating with other teams.

In 2019, Sanna joined Reposit as a Customer Success Associate, providing support to customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

Most recently, they have been working at HumanForest since 2020. Sanna Jaan initially served as a Support & Community Manager before taking on the role of People and Partnerships.

Sanna Jaan Purcell attended Hornsey School For Girls from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained their GCSEs in subjects such as Maths, English Lit and Lang, History, Art, Citizenship, and Core and Additional Science. Afterward, they studied at City and Islington College from 2015 to 2017, pursuing their A-Levels in Psychology, History, and Philosophy. In 2015, Sanna also obtained the V50 certification from vinspired.
