Monica Perez is an accomplished leader in Customer Success with experience at notable companies in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Notion since June 2020, Monica was instrumental in building the foundational team as one of the earliest employees. In addition to the role at Notion, Monica advises on Customer Success and Product-Led Growth (PLG) Strategy at Humanic AI and has coached aspiring Customer Success Leaders through Catalyst Software. Previously, Monica held significant roles at Signeasy, including Global Head of Customer Success and Support, and Client Relationship Manager at the Inter-American Development Bank.
