Edna Chelule is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user experience design and management. As the Managing Director and Co-Founder of HumanInsights.Africa since June 2016, Edna leads initiatives in service and product design, human factors engineering, and innovation training. Prior roles include Senior Manager of User Experience at Standard Bank South Africa and several positions at DStv Online, where Edna focused on user experience strategy and design principles. Additionally, Edna contributed as an Advisory Board Member at Unisa's School of Computing and worked as a PhD Research Associate at SAP, specializing in user requirement gathering. Edna holds a Master of Philosophy in International Business from GIBS Business School, expected in December 2025, and an MTech in Business Information Systems from Tshwane University of Technology.
