Necy Santiago has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the financial and business sectors. Currently, they are the Managing Director and Co-founder of PMFS Business Consultancy. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Customer Experience Delivery at UBX and held the position of Chapter Mentor Coordinator at BNI Global. Additionally, Necy held multiple roles at AIA Philippines, including Head of Customer Experience, VP and Head of Customer Service Centers, VP and Head of Treasury and Strategic Sourcing, and AVP and Head of Strategic Sourcing and Finance Innovation. Necy also worked as a Director at Tower Club, Inc. Necy began their career at AIA and AIG, where they gained experience as a Project Manager, Senior Pre-need Officer, and Management Associate. Necy also worked as an Account Coordinator at John Clements Consultants, Inc. throughout their career, Necy has demonstrated expertise in customer experience, finance transformation, project management, and sales and marketing.
Necy Santiago completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from De La Salle University in 2004. Necy later pursued a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the same university, graduating in 2011. In addition, Necy has obtained certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Treasury Operation Certification Program (TOCP) from Ateneo Graduate School of Business CCE. Necy is also a member of the Association of Project Management (UK).
