David Garcia

David Garcia began their work experience as an Air Force Officer in 1998 and served until 2008. David then joined Ball Aerospace, where they worked as the Deputy Group Lead for the OPIR Operations Group from 2008 to 2013. Following that, they served as the Director of Intelligence Programs at Peerless Technologies from 2013 to 2014. David then worked as the Senior Director at Altamira Technologies Corporation from 2014 to 2018. After that, they became the Director of Dayton Area Operations at PAR Government from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Senior Program Manager at Applied Research Solutions. Currently, they are the Director of Strategic Programs at HumanIT Solutions, where they are responsible for creating business development solutions for the company's government and commercial clients.

David Garcia obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Metropolitan State University of Denver, where they studied from 1994 to 1997. Following this, they pursued their Master of Aeronautical Science degree with a Human Factors focus from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, completing their studies from 2001 to 2008.
