Emma Carnicom, CF APMP

Emma Carnicom, CF APMP has extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Emma started their career in 2013 as a Resident Advisor at Wittenberg University, where they facilitated room changes and managed housing assignments. In 2014, they gained experience as a Research and Development Intern at Organic Technologies and later served as a Quality Control Intern. Emma then worked as a Community Advisor at Wittenberg University from 2014 to 2016.

Emma's passion for assisting others led their to join 4 Paws For Ability as a Trainer's Assistant from 2016 to 2017, where they supported trainers in their work. Emma then returned to Wittenberg University in 2017 as a Manager in Residence Life, where they managed facility and assignment needs for 1,100 beds in seven residence halls. This role involved coordinating with various stakeholders, such as housekeeping and physical plant staff, to ensure facility upkeep. Emma also distributed keys to students and managed meal plan assignments using relevant software.

In 2020, Emma moved to Creek Technologies Company as a Proposal Manager, responsible for developing and submitting proposals. Emma continued in this role until 2022 when they joined HumanIT Solutions as a Proposal Manager.

Throughout their career, Emma has demonstrated their ability to manage complex tasks, coordinate with diverse teams, and adapt to changing software and technologies.

Emma Carnicom, CF APMP, obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry from Wittenberg University from 2012 to 2016. In 2022, they obtained the APMP® Bid and Proposal Management Foundation certification from APMG International.
