Martin K.

Martin K. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Martin started their career as a Teaching Assistant at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in 2000 and continued in the same role until 2002. During this time, they also worked as an intern at ProSiebenSat.1 Digital GmbH for a short period.

In 2001, Martin joined Bain & Company as a CSS and worked there for 15 years until 2016. Martin briefly served as an External Advisor to EMEA Strategy and Operations at Bain & Company in 2016.

Simultaneously, in 2002, Martin worked as a Freelancer for AMCG Christoph Genter.

In 2016, they assumed the position of Managing Director at Privatschulen Dr. Kalscheuer GmbH and held the role until February 2020.

Later, Martin joined Lebensmittelmärkte Grosjean e.K. as a Retail Salesperson for a brief period in 2021.

Martin then transitioned to a Head of Operations role at Flying Health from July 2021 to September 2022.

Currently, Martin works as the Head of Operations at Humanitec, starting in October 2022.

Martin K. obtained a Ph.D. degree in Organizational Behavior (Industrial and Organizational Psychology) from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Magister Artium (M.A.) degree at the same institution in 2004, focusing on American Studies, Communications, and Psychology. Additionally, in the year 2000 to 2001, Martin K. was a GSAS student at Harvard University, where they received a scholarship from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).
