Humanity in Action
Katie Nichols is a Program Manager at Humanity in Action since October 2023, with prior experience as a Project Assistant at the same organization. Katie served as a Fulbright Research Student in Germany from September 2022 to September 2023 and as a Legislative Assistant at the Minnesota Senate from April 2022 to September 2022. Additional professional roles include serving as a Server at J.D. Hoyt's Supper Club, a Business Development and Marketing Specialist at GogyUp, and a Vice President of Internal Affairs at Kappa Kappa Gamma- Chi Chapter. Katie's earlier experience includes bartending and hosting at Finnegan's Brewing Company and J.D. Hoyt's Supper Club, respectively, as well as a Marketing Intern at Grover and a Sales and Operations Assistant at Valescart Perlen-Atelier. Katie is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Geographies of Global Inequalities at Freie Universität Berlin, after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Minnesota and a high school diploma from Cretin-Derham Hall.
