Mia Aeschliman

Mia Aeschliman, SHRM-CP is an experienced Associate Manager in the People Department at Humanity United. Mia previously worked as a Recruiting Specialist at Mediacom Communications, where Mia handled full-cycle recruiting tasks and led orientation and training for new hires. Prior to that, Mia gained HR experience as a Human Resources Intern at Easterseals Central Illinois, where Mia assisted with recruitment and onboarding processes. Mia also has experience as a Student Testing Worker at Smith Career Center. Mia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Leadership with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Bradley University.
