Anthony Brown

Anthony Brown, MHRM, possesses extensive experience in human resources with a focus on employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. Currently serving as Senior People & Culture Business Partner at YMCA of the North since October 2016, Anthony collaborates with leadership on implementing HR strategies and provides coaching throughout the employee lifecycle. Previous roles include Revenue Tax Specialist at the Minnesota Department of Revenue and various HR positions at Wal-Mart, including Auto Care Center Manager and Assistant Store Manager, where Anthony demonstrated expertise in recruitment, training, and performance management. Anthony holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Concordia University-St. Paul.
