José Luis Romero is a seasoned leadership development expert with over 20 years of experience in team leadership training, coaching, and facilitation. As the founder of uLeadr, José focuses on enabling frontline managers to build high-performance teams sustainably. Currently serving as a Leadership Skills-Based Coach at Lingo Live and a Master Facilitator at Arc Integrated, José brings a wealth of expertise to organizational change and skill development.
