Adrian Tofan

Adrian Tofan is an experienced operations leader with a substantial background in managing and growing businesses across various sectors. Currently serving as Head Of Operations at Humans since July 2021, Adrian previously held significant roles including Managing Director at Tofan Mill, where leadership during a modernization program aimed to increase annual turnover to €12 million. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of Lei de Aur and Artofan, Adrian successfully generated over €1 million and €450k in turnover, respectively. Initial career experiences include the establishment of the Tofan Group as well as managing the decline of Danubiana SA, a leading tyre manufacturer. Adrian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Babson College, complemented by an education at the American University and Berkshire School.
