Michael Haluska

Michael Haluska is an experienced human resources professional with over 25 years of expertise in the field. Currently serving as People Operations Project Manager at Humanscale since March 2022, Michael focuses on fostering workplace culture through innovative ergonomic solutions. In addition, Michael provides pro bono consulting as a Trusted Advisor, Coach, and Mentor with MPHR Advisors, contributing extensive corporate HR knowledge. Previously, Michael held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at SHI from 2017 to 2021, where efforts were dedicated to establishing the HR department. Michael's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at SHI International Corp. from 2000 to 2016.
