Michele Gerards

Michele Gerards has extensive work experience in the finance and management consulting field. Michele is currently working as a Management Consultant since July 2021. Previously, they worked at Humanscale Corp for many years, holding several key roles. Michele served as the Chief Financial Officer, where they managed financial planning and budgeting globally to support the company's high growth. Michele also built a strong management team and fostered a culture of efficiency and openness to new ideas and challenges. Michele also played a significant role in restructuring the company's legal entities for tax efficiencies and compliance. Before becoming CFO, they were the Vice President of Finance, where they focused on building relationships within the sales organization and spearheading the development of sales compensation programs. Michele began their career at Humanscale Corp as a Corporate Staff Accountant.

Michele Gerards obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Rutgers Business School in 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Studies at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
