Sanjida Rouf

Sanjida Rouf has a strong background in supply chain and procurement with experience in various roles. Sanjida is currently serving as the Director of Sourcing, North America at Humanscale since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Purchasing Manager, North America at the same company from 2021 to 2023. Before joining Humanscale, Sanjida was the Material Planning Manager at Humanscale from 2016 to 2021. In this role, they managed a team of 4 material planners and was responsible for demand and supply planning and inventory management. Sanjida also developed an Excel-based tool for calculating optimal safety stock.

Sanjida also has experience working at Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Global Supply Chain Metrics & Analytics Consultant for a brief period in 2015. Here, they provided expertise in different areas of supply chain, developed reports and metrics, and supported project communication and presentations.

Before that, they worked as a Planning Analyst in Material Procurement Planning from 2009 to 2011, collaborating with suppliers and using the SAP system for purchase orders. Sanjida also worked as a Planning Analyst in Production Planning from 2008 to 2009, where they handled production schedules and customer service requests.

Sanjida started their career as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Windsor in 2005. Sanjida developed mathematical models and algorithms for supply planning networks and analyzed the results. Sanjida also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, conducting lectures and supervising students in lab classes.

Sanjida Rouf completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology. Sanjida went on to pursue a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Windsor, which they successfully obtained in 2007.
