Erika Starreveld

Erika Starreveld serves as the Manager HR Development at HumanTotalCare since November 2020, focusing on the implementation and continuous improvement of learning and development policies. Prior to this role, Erika worked at HumanCapitalCare B.V. from September 2016 to November 2020, where responsibilities included acting as an external confidant for issues related to unwanted behavior and integrity, as well as providing organizational and labor consultancy to enhance employee well-being and sustainable employability. Erika's experience also includes roles as a Junior Labor & Organization Consultant and Commercial Assistant, along with a research internship at Rabobank where a study on employee behavior regarding sustainable employability was conducted. Erika holds a Master of Science in Labor, Organization, and Health from Radboud University and certifications in Team Coaching and Lumina Spark Consultancy.
