Rima van Harn - van Den Brink

Rima van Harn - van den Brink currently serves as Adviseur Kwaliteit en Informatiebeveiliging at HumanTotalCare since July 2022. Previously, Rima held the position of Quality Officer at paraDIGMA groep from September 2018 to July 2022, where Rima established and maintained the certification landscape focusing on sustainable employability, including ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications. Rima also worked as a Security Officer at DOENJA Dienstverlening from April 2011 to September 2018, and as a Medewerker Kwaliteit, Veiligheid en Milieu at Movares in 2017. Earlier experience includes leadership and organizational roles at KMN Kind & Co, where Rima was both the chair of the works council and a Senior Pedagogisch Medewerker. Rima's educational background includes a degree in Culturele en Maatschappelijke Vorming from HAN University of Applied Sciences and specialized training in IT Management.
