Aadam Abdul-Alim

Aadam Abdul-alim possesses extensive experience in IT support, currently serving as an Executive Care/Tier II Support Technician at HumanTouch, LLC since March 2010, where responsibilities include providing Tier 1, 2, and 3 support for executives and users throughout the FDA. Prior to this role, Aadam was part of IT Solutions/Unisys/HHS from December 2005 to March 2010, delivering helpdesk support to users both remotely and on-site. Aadam holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of the District of Columbia.
