Carolina Camargo Serra has a diverse work experience spanning a range of roles in content strategy, creative planning, and market research. Carolina is currently the Head of Content at Humanz, where they lead the content team. Carolina also held the role of Speaker at Share o/ and Senior Content Strategist at Publicis Brasil, where they focused on cultural and content insights and led the development of proprietary studies. Carolina also worked as a Brand and Content Strategist Consultant, contributing to brand positioning and campaign development for Digital Agencies. Earlier in their career, they served as a Digital Strategy Supervisor at DM9DDB, a Content Strategist at LOV, and a Social Media Senior Analyst at Iungo Social Media. Carolina began their career as a Researcher and Planning Analyst at B2 Agência and a Market Research Assistant at TNS Research International.
Carolina Camargo Serra completed their bachelor's degree in Social Communication with a focus on Advertising and Marketing at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing from 2005 to 2009. In 2010, they attended a short-term program at Instituto Europeo de Design - Brasil, where they pursued a course on Cool Hunting and Trend Research. During the same year, Carolina also participated in a workshop on Behavioral Trend Analysis and Research at Plataforma de Ensino Pop-Up Whatzon. In 2015, they took a free course at Perestroika called "Da Lama aos Caos," which involved studying networks and planning desirable futures.
