Effie Liang

Effie Liang is a dedicated Social Service Worker with extensive experience in various capacities, currently serving as a Street Outreach Services Worker at ACSA Community Services since July 2025. Previously, Effie held positions at Humber River Health as a Dietary Aide and at Fontbonne Ministries as a Community Service Coordinator and Program Relief Worker, contributing to program planning, visitor support, and administrative efficiencies. With a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Critical Studies in Equity and Solidarity from the University of Toronto and ongoing education in Social Service Work at Centennial College, Effie is committed to enhancing the lives of vulnerable populations through direct service and organized support systems. Additional experience includes educational roles as a Math and English Tutor and participation in anti-human trafficking initiatives.
