Susan Wolburgh Jenah

Susan Wolburgh Jenah is the current Director at Humber River Hospital. Susan has also previously held the position of Board Chair at the Ontario Retirement Pension Plan Administration Corporation from November 2015 to July 2016. Prior to that, they were with Aecon Group Inc. In April 2015, they joined Aird & Berlis LLP as a Senior Advisor and stayed with the company until August 2018. From December 2011 to May 2017, they were a Board Member at Global Risk Institute where they were also a member of the Membership, HR and Compensation Committee. From February 2007 to October 2014, they were the President & Chief Executive Officer at Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC). Susan has also been an Independent Review Committee Member at Vanguard Investments Canada and Vice Chair (2004-07), Acting Chair (July-November 2005), Head of International Affairs (2000-07) at Ontario Securities Commssion from January 1983 to December 2007.

Susan Wolburgh Jenah has a Juris Doctor from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, an Insititute of Corporate Directors Designation from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Toronto.
