Michele Rivera

Michele Rivera has a wealth of professional experience in the retail industry. Michele began their career in 1991 as a Manager at Disney Store, where they were responsible for business development, guest relations, store operations, accounting, loss prevention, visual merchandising, and inventory control. Michele also managed personnel, hiring, training, and development for up to 60 cast members, and developed and implemented new inventory best practices. In 1999, they moved to Pottery Barn, where they served as General Manager. In this role, they achieved sales and revenue goals by holding individuals accountable to job responsibilities, served as a national management trainer, and recruited qualified candidates to create bench strength to achieve future business objectives. Michele also promoted a service and selling culture that exceeded prior year's sales and payroll, and effectively managed multiple store operations, P&L, inventory management, and visual merchandising. Most recently, Michele has been working as Global Partners & Team Lead at HUMBL LLC since 2019.
