Lauren Cross

Lauren Cross is an experienced operations and project management professional with a robust background in business transformation and agile practices. Currently serving as Operations Manager at humble bee bio since November 2020, Lauren previously held a Project Manager role at PartsTrader Markets Limited from January 2017 to June 2023, where responsibilities included planning and delivering business projects across various aspects such as stakeholder management, budget, and risk assessment. Prior to that, Lauren was integral to implementing Scrum as Projects and Agile Practice Manager at PartsTrader from July 2013 to December 2015. With extensive experience at ANZ Singapore from November 2001 to May 2013, Lauren executed multiple roles including Portfolio Manager and Business Project Director, overseeing significant projects in the Asia-Pacific region. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Canterbury and a Diploma of Project Management from the Australian College of Project Management.
