Nicolas Quero has an extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Nicolas is currently working as an Assistant Manager at Humble Grape since October 2022. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2012, they attended Lycée Hôtelier Dinard and obtained a Bac Technologique degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management/Manager.
