Steve Steinke has extensive experience in education, serving as an Assistant Principal at Humble ISD since August 1999, where responsibilities include teaching high school classes in Career Technology, Health, and Student Leadership. Additionally, Steve has been a Staff Developer and Subject Matter Expert for the AVID Center since April 2019 and served as an Adjunct Professor at Lone Star College from January 2017 to December 2019, focusing on technology integration and blended learning for alternative certification teacher candidates. Previous roles include Leadership Consultant for the Texas Association of Student Councils from 2004 to 2012 and Teacher, Coach, and Student Council Advisor at Kingwood High School until June 2007. Steve holds a Master of Education in Educational Administration and Supervision from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the same institution.
