Geoff Lau

Geoff Lau is responsible for strategy within and across commercial, operations, and finance. Prior to joining Humble Midstream, Geoff served in multiple positions for Occidental Petroleum (via acquisition of Anadarko Petroleum and Western Midstream), where he played an integral role in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, carve-outs, commercial evaluations, and strategic planning for both midstream and upstream segments of the company. Before joining the team at Anadarko and Western, he started his career at Marathon Oil and ConocoPhillips within their facilities engineering, commercial development, and energy trading groups. Geoff received a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business.
