Florian Waldow is a Professor of Comparative and International Education at Humboldt University of Berlin since October 2013. Previously, Florian served as a research group leader at the University of Muenster from October 2010 to September 2013, directing a project on educational assessment and justice in Germany, Sweden, and England, supported by the German Research Foundation's Emmy Noether-Programme. Florian's academic career includes roles as a researcher and lecturer at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin from January 2000 to September 2010, as well as research positions at Uppsala University and Stockholm University. Florian holds a Habilitation in International and Comparative Education from the University of Münster, a Dr.phil. in Education from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, and a First State Examination for teachers from the same institution, complemented by an ERASMUS exchange at Oxford Brookes University and study at the University of Regensburg.
