Coordinator Youth Engagement & Pathways at Hume City Council

Cherry Grimwade is an experienced youth engagement and community services professional with a strong background in program management and strategic policy development. Currently serving as the Coordinator of Youth Engagement & Pathways at Hume City Council since June 2021, Cherry leads initiatives for middle years children and young people. Previous roles include Acting Manager for Family, Youth & Children’s Services at City of Stonnington, and Middle Years and Youth Services Coordinator at multiple councils. With expertise in enhancing engagement and delivering youth-focused programs, Cherry has provided strategic advice to various stakeholders, including government ministers. Educationally, Cherry holds a Master's degree in Sociology/Legal Studies and a Bachelor's degree from The University of Auckland.
