Reena Motapothula

Reena Motapothula currently serves as the Head of Infrastructure & IT Operations at Hume City Council since October 2024. Previously, Reena held the position of Service Operations Manager at UniSuper from April 2023 to October 2024 and at Future Fund from October 2021 to March 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as IT Service Management Leader at EnergyAustralia from September 2016 to October 2021, Service Delivery Manager at IBM from August 2010 to August 2016, and IT Operations (Incident Management) at Telstra from March 2009 to July 2010. Reena started the professional journey at GE, serving as an IT Service Delivery Consultant and IT Incident and Change Management Team Leader from October 2005 to November 2008, and as a Customer Service Representative at Rockline Consulting from February 2004 to May 2005. Reena holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
